Prepare your parcel
Choose packaging of the right size, protect the contents, andwrite down the shipment IDor print and stick the label onto the package.
3.
Leave it at a Locker or Parcel Point
Check on our app or website for the nearest drop-off point(opens in a new tab), its address, and opening hours. Follow the instructions based on the type of point you choose.
4.
Your parcel is on its way
You'll receive a notification via email or SMS when your shipment is collected by the recipient. Domestic deliveries within 48–72h.

Tips and tricks for your parcel to arrive in perfect condition
Choose the box well
Use a rigid cardboard box as close as possible to the product's size. The more fragile the item, the stronger the packaging should be.
Weigh your parcel
If you send less than 5 kg, use a kitchen scale. For larger packages, weigh with and without it and calculate the difference.

Protect content
Use bubble wrap or paper to fill in any spaces. If you send multiple items, protect each item separately before putting them into the box.
Label correctly
Stick the label on a flat, visible surface of the package. Make sure the barcode is not creased or damaged.You can also send without a label.(opens in a new tab)

From €5.28 to a Locker or Parcel Point
What is the maximum size a Locker or Parcel Point accepts?
In Lockers, the package can't exceed 60x40x30 cm or 25 kg. At Punto Pack locations, you can drop off packages up to 120 cm on the longest side and 30 kg. If your package exceeds these dimensions, it won't be accepted in the InPost network.
Can I ship without printing a label?
Yes. InPost enables you to send using a QR code, which you will receive by email after completing payment. Just show it from your mobile phone screen when you arrive at the Locker or Parcel Point. No Printer or paper necessary.
Can I ship fragile items?
Yes, as long as the packaging is suitable. Protect each piece separately with bubble wrap, fill in the gaps so nothing moves inside the box, and mark it as “fragile” on the outside. Remember that all shipments include basic insurance of €25.
How long does it take for my shipment to arrive in Spain?
The usual timeframe for domestic shipments is 48 to 72 hours from when the parcel is picked up at the point of origin.
What if the recipient doesn't pick up the package?
For domestic shipments, the recipient has 8 calendar days to collect the package after receiving the notification. If they don't pick it up within this time, the package is automatically returned to the sender.
Can I insure my shipment?
All shipments include basic insurance of €25 (including VAT and postage) in the event of loss or damage. If the content value is higher, you can purchase additional insurance tailored to your needs — remember there should be one insurance policy per parcel.
Can I ship to other countries in Europe?
Yes. InPost operates in 8 European countries with over 90,000 Punto Pack and Locker locations. You can send to France, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Poland, and Luxembourg directly from our website.
