strategy translated into actions
From compliance-driven activities to a progressive integration with business operations.
With a long-term perspective and a clearly defined decarbonization strategy, we combine business growth with care for the environment, social issues, and corporate governance. This approach allows us to grow sustainably, aligned with our values and with a clear vision for tackling future challenges.
We know who we are - We measure what we do
For InPost, environmental, social, and governance factors are part of everyday decisions, not just annual reports. We turn ESG commitments into concrete actions with measurable goals, tracked publicly and independently validated.
Our 2026–2030 Sustainability Strategy is the next phase of work started in 2021: continuous improvement, not a restart.

Pillars of the sustainability strategy
Aligned with our values and with a clear vision to overcome future challenges, the InPost Group Sustainability Strategy is built on four fundamental pillars:
In_Planet
We're committed to achieving net-zero emissions across all our markets.
We strive to lead the way in logistics solutions that create a positive impact on the environment and communities.
In_Consumer
Our ambition goes beyond simply delivering parcels.
Our goal is to support communities by providing inclusive and accessible services, contributing to reduced environmental impact through targeted initiatives, and building lasting trust through exceptional consumer experiences.
In_People
Our strength lies in the dedication and skills of our employees. Our efforts reflect a commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
In_Trust
Governance that holds us accountable.
Effective management is a key element of InPost Group's Sustainability Strategy and can contribute to better outcomes in logistics and e-commerce.

Once this process is complete, we will present the new targets for revalidation by SBTi, and progress on strategy implementation and goal achievement will be shared in annual reports. The current strategy implementation status is available in the 2025 annual report, and the post-revalidation status will be available in the 2026 annual report.
