What if my package exceeds the declared weight?
If the actual weight exceeds the declared weight when creating the shipment, an additional charge will be applied for the difference. We recommend you weigh the parcel before completing the process.

Can I get a discount for a high volume of shipments?
Yes. If you have an online store or send regularly, the Start Offer includes volume discounts from the first shipment. Check out our rates for businesses.
What are the dimensions and maximum weight in each country?
For domestic shipments in Lockers: max. 60x40x30 cm and 25 kg. In Punto Pack: max. 120 cm for the longest side and 30 kg. For international shipments: max. 64x38x41 cm and 25 kg. Limits may vary depending on the destination country.
