Find your Point Pack or Locker

Access over 90,000 Point Packs and Lockers across Europe. Find the nearest one, check its opening hours, and manage your shipments quickly—no labels or paper needed.

Go to any InPost Locker, open the App and select "Open locker":

  • As long as you are within 70 meters, the compartment will open instantly: No contact, no queues.

It allows, whenever possible, to request that the parcel be deposited in a compartment at a more accessible height in the Locker.

It is designed to make it easier for people with reduced mobility or difficulty reaching the upper lockers to send and pick up parcels.

These are some of the questions our customers often ask.

  • Where can I download the InPost App?

    The InPost App is available for free in the App Store (iPhone and iPad) and on Google Play (Android). Look for it as "InPost – Track your order".

  • Do I need to create an account to use the App?

    Not mandatory. You can track your parcels by entering the tracking number without logging in. But if you create an account, you will have all your shipments organised in one place and will receive automatic notifications.

  • Can I track any InPost package from the App?

    Yes. You can track any InPost shipment in real time, whether you're the sender or the recipient. All you need is the tracking number you'll find in the confirmation email.

  • How do I add a parcel to my in-app tracking?

    Enter the tracking number in the search bar of the App. If you have an account, the parcel will be saved, and you can check it at any time without re-entering the number.

  • Can I search for nearby Lockers and Parcel Points using the App?

    Yes. The App includes an interactive map with more than 13,000 pick-up points in Iberia. If you have the location enabled, it will automatically show you the ones closest to you, along with their opening times

  • Is the app secure? Are my personal details protected?

    Yes. The InPost App complies with European data protection regulations (GDPR). Your personal data and shipment details are encrypted and protected.
