making your deliveries more accessible IT'S JUST RIGHT FOR YOU

At InPost, we believe sending and receiving parcels should be simple for everyone. That’s why we work to offer a more comfortable and inclusive experience for all users.

What is Locker within reach?

Locker within reach is a feature in the InPost App that lets you request, whenever possible, for your parcel to be placed in a locker at a more accessible height.

These lockers are designed for people with reduced mobility or difficulty reaching upper lockers, making it easier to send and collect their parcels.

You can see that the accessible area within the locker reaches up to an adult’s chest.Illustration of a parcel locker, with the lower-level lockers highlighted. Please note

We can’t always guarantee the availability of an easy-access locker. Large lockers are not included in this area. If no accessible locker is available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be placed in another available locker.

How to use it?

The feature is available within shipment tracking in theInPost App.

Select the shipment where you want to activate the option.

Where does this option appear?

You’ll see the option 'Would you like to choose an easy-access locker?' only if the parcel is in a compatible status with 'Parcel in preparation'.

Parcel at the distribution agency, 4. Parcel at the pick-up point/locker, 5. Parcel delivered to the recipient. The current shipment status is highlighted in stage two. At the bottom of the screen, there’s a question about whether the parcel needs to be placed in an easier-to-access compartment for people with disabilities, along with the option to select this feature.

How does activation work?

By tapping 'Activate', we’ll try to place your parcel in an easy-access locker.

The text indicates availability is not guaranteed, large lockers are excluded, and allows activation or cancellation of the option.
