How to sell with Vinted?
Sell like a pro using InPost

Activate InPost on your listing
When uploading or editing your product on Vinted, enable the shipping option with InPost. Make sure to enter the correct dimensions and weight: Vinted will automatically check if they fit.
2.
Prepare your parcel
A tough box, protective material and tightly closed. Respect the limits according to the point you choose.
3.
Receive the label or QR
Once the buyer confirms the purchase, the confirmation will arrive by email. You have 5 business days to drop off your parcel.
4.
Take the parcel to your InPost point
Locker or Parcel Point, whichever suits you best.
5.
That's it. You can go back to what you were doing
The buyer receives notification and picks up. Once delivery is confirmed, you'll be notified

Tips and tricks for your parcel to arrive in perfect condition
Choose the box well
Use a rigid cardboard box as close as possible to the product's size. The more fragile the item, the stronger the packaging should be.
Weigh your parcel
If you send less than 5 kg, use a kitchen scale. For larger packages, weigh with and without it and calculate the difference.

Protect content
Use bubble wrap or paper to fill in any spaces. If you send multiple items, protect each item separately before putting them into the box.
Label correctly
Stick the label on a flat, visible surface of the package. Make sure the barcode is not creased or damaged.
What if the package exceeds the permitted size?
The InPost point, whether Locker or Punto Pack, won't be able to accept it. Maximum dimensions allowed are 41 x 38 x 64 cm, and the maximum weight is 25 kg. Be sure to measure and weigh your parcel before heading to the drop-off point to avoid any issues.
What should I do if I don't deliver the package within 5 days?
The seller has 5 calendar days to deliver the parcel. If they fail to do so within that timeframe, the sale is automatically cancelled, and the buyer receives a refund. If the last day falls on a Saturday, the deadline is moved to Monday; if it falls on a Sunday, it is moved to Tuesday. Holidays do not change the deadline. If you won't be able to deliver on time, it's best to cancel the sale in the app before it expires.
When will I get the money from the sale?
Once InPost confirms delivery, the buyer has 48 hours to verify that the product is correct. After this period without a claim, or if the buyer confirms earlier that everything is in order, the amount is automatically credited to the Vinted wallet. From there, it can be used for future purchases or transferred to a bank account.
Can I track from Vinted?
Yes. As soon as the seller ships the package, the buyer receives a notification with the tracking code and can check the shipment status at any time via the Vinted app or through the InPost tracking tool on the website or app.
