What is a Locker?

A Locker is a smart locker where you can pick up your package yourself. Instead of going to a counter, the process is done on the Locker screen: you enter a PIN or scan a QR code, the locker opens, and you collect the package. Simple, fast, and with a lot of scheduling flexibility.

How do automatic package pickup points work?

Lockers work with a simple system: when the package arrives at the Locker, it is stored in a locker compartment and you receive a notification to pick it up.

What to do

1. Check the shipment tracking to see when it arrives at the Locker.
2. When it’s ready, you’ll receive the “available for pickup” notification with your PIN or QR code.
3. Go to the Locker indicated in the message or in the App.
4. On the screen, enter the PIN or scan the QR code.
5. A locker compartment will open: take your package and close it.

Are Lockers secure?

Yes. The InPost Locker does not open “all at once”: only the compartment assigned to your package opens when you enter the correct PIN or scan the correct QR code. In addition, tracking lets you see the shipment status at each stage of the process.
