1. The seller activates shipping with InPost when listing the product.
2. The buyer chooses InPost as the shipping method during purchase. The InPost shipping option only appears if the package meets the permitted size and weight limits.
3. Once the transaction is confirmed, the seller receives by email the shipping label and a QR code.
4. The package must be dropped off at an InPost point within a maximum of 5 calendar days by the seller. You can find the nearest InPost point here. If the label cannot be printed, it can also be dropped off at a Punto Pack using the label-free shipping service, showing only the code from the mobile phone.
5. The package travels to Italy and is delivered within up to 6 business days.
6. When the package is ready for pickup, the buyer receives a notification: If they choose an InPost Locker, they enter a PIN on the screen.
7. If they choose a Punto Pack, they present the QR code and their ID.
8. The buyer has 8 calendar days to pick up the package, and then they have 48 hours to confirm on Wallapop that everything is correct from the moment they pick it up.
