But this option may not be possible, or the days they offer us may still find us away from home. In cases where delivery cannot be rescheduled for another day, the package is usually deposited at the corresponding office. And what does that mean? That when you get back from vacation, you'll have to go to the office to pick up the package, which depending on where you live, you may even need the car for. Can someone else collect the package?If your vacation is extended, or if you have any unexpected issue during the trip that means you have to return later, don't worry. At InPost we offer the option for another person to collect the package. The only thing they'll ask for at the Punto Pack collection point is to present a copy of the owner's ID card, together with a delivery authorization signed by you.
