What are InPost convenience points called?

Jul 31, 2025

Have you ever wondered what those places are called where you can pick up your purchases when you're not at home? At InPost, we know them as pickup points or convenience points: comfortable, accessible spaces adapted to your way of life.

Our hybrid network includes Punto Pack and Lockers, the two solutions that have revolutionized the way people send and receive orders.

In this quick guide, we tell you what they are, how they work, and why more and more people choose an InPost convenience point to receive or return their purchases with total flexibility.

What are convenience points and what options are there?

A convenience point is a physical place where you can send, pick up, or return parcels without needing to stay at home waiting for the courier. At InPost, we offer you two types of points:

  • Punto Pack: neighborhood shops (stationers, flower shops, dry cleaners, etc.) that collaborate with InPost. They allow you to send or return orders without printing labels, with personalized service.
  • Locker InPost: smart lockers available 24/7. Ideal if you want to pick up or return without schedules, without waiting, and without contact.

Both are part of the hybrid convenience point network of InPost, designed to adapt to you, not the other way around.

Why choose convenience points? Key advantages for you

Choosing a convenience point has many advantages:

  • Flexible hours: you collect your order whenever it suits you.
  • Goodbye to failed deliveries: your parcel is waiting for you, even if you're not at home.
  • More sustainable: by centralizing deliveries at a single point, journeys and emissions are reduced. Everyone wins, including the planet.

What can you do at convenience points?

At InPost convenience points, besides receiving parcels, you can also send and return your online purchases:

Send parcels to individuals

If you need to send something to another person, you can easily do it from a Punto Pack or even from a Locker InPost. All you have to do is register the shipment on our website or app, and you'll receive a PIN or QR code by email or SMS. Then, go to the nearest InPost point with your mobile phone and show the code. If you choose a Punto Pack, the shop staff will scan it and take care of everything. If you prefer a Locker, just enter the code on the screen, place the parcel in the locker, and... done!

Returns of online purchases

Do you need to return an order? With InPost it's also very easy. After requesting the return in your online store, you'll receive a PIN or a QR code. In the case of Lockers, you just have to scan the code, place the parcel in the locker, and that's it. If you choose a Punto Pack, hand the parcel over at the counter and the staff will take care of the rest. The whole process is quick, with no need to print labels or do paperwork.

Choose InPost for your shipments

Convenience points have become a key solution in modern logistics. Why? Because they give you control: you decide when and where to send, pick up, or return your order.

With the hybrid network of Punto Pack and InPost Lockers, you have access to a flexible, fast system designed for your way of life. Whether you're a customer or an online store, InPost makes it easy for you: pickups without waiting, returns without hassle, and a more sustainable experience.
