Shipments of hazardous items, flammable substances, perishables, live animals, cash, tobacco, or counterfeit items are not permitted. See the full list of restricted products in our general shipping conditions.
Size and weight limits
For shipments to Lockers or Punto Pack in Poland: max. 64x38x41 cm and 25 kg.
Packaging tips
Use a rigid cardboard box in which the product fits tightly. Protect the contents with bubble wrap and seal the edges of the box with sturdy packing tape. For international shipments, make sure the label is on a flat, visible surface, without any creases or damage.
How long does the recipient have to pick up the parcel in Poland?
The recipient has 48 hours from notification to collect the package. If not collected within this time, the package is sent to InPost Poland's central service for an additional 10 days before being returned to the sender.
Can I ship from Poland to Spain as well?
Yes. InPost operates in both directions. If the recipient is in Spain, the process is identical. Delivery will be made to our Parcel Point or Locker network in Spain.
