For sellers: How to send your products on Wallapop by InPost?
- Send your Wallapop orders with InPost
When you upload or edit a product on Wallapop, go to the ad details and enable the shipping option with InPost. Make sure to enter the package's dimensions and weight correctly: Wallapop will automatically check if they fit within InPost's limits, and only then will this shipping option be available for you and the buyer. - Prepare the parcel
Make sure it meets the requirements for the type of point you choose: - InPost Locker: up to 25 kg and 64 × 38 × 39 cm - Punto Pack: up to 30 kg and a maximum of 150 cm (sum of length + width + height), with one side up to 120 cm - Proper packaging
Use a sturdy box, protective material inside, and tape that seals well. If you can reuse materials or choose sustainable options, even better. - Receive the label or QR code
Once the purchase is confirmed, you'll receive a QR code. You have 5 working days to prepare the package and drop it off at your chosen InPost point. - Drop off the package
Take the package to the Punto Pack or InPost Locker you selected. - Shipping times- Shipments within Spain: between 3 and 4 working days - Shipments to Europe: up to 6 working days (for now, Italy is the only European destination available for shipments from Spain on Wallapop)
- Tracking and confirmation
Once you've dropped off the package, you can track it anytime using our tracking tool. When the buyer picks up the package and confirms receipt via the Wallapop app, you'll receive a notification.

For shoppers: How to receive your Wallapop purchases with InPost?
- Choose InPost when buying an item
When you make a purchase on Wallapop, select InPost as your shipping method and choose the Locker or Punto Pack that works best for you. You can find the nearest one using our InPost point locator. - Receive shipping notifications
As soon as the seller ships the package, you'll get a notification with the tracking code. You can check the shipping status anytime via the Wallapop app or using our shipment tracking tool. - Delivery times
- Shipments within Spain: between 3 and 4 working days
- Shipments to Europe: up to 6 working days (for now, Italy is the only European destination available for shipments from Spain on Wallapop) - Pick up the package
When your package arrives at the InPost point, we'll notify you. You have up to 8 calendar days to pick it up from the notification, so you can do it at your convenience. - If you chose a Locker, enter the PIN sent via email or SMS or scan the QR code. - If it's a Punto Pack, show the QR code along with your ID. - Confirm receipt
Once you have the package, you’ll have 48 hours to confirm in the Wallapop app that everything has arrived correctly.
