It's very easy. During the purchase process, when you proceed to order, you will have to choose the delivery method, as usual. For Veepee, if you want to receive at a Locker or Parcel Point, you will need to choose the "Pickup points" option. Simply enter the postcode and city where you want to pick it up and select the nearest point.

With NON-home delivery, you choose, first and foremost, the convenience of picking up your order when it suits you best. Your order will be available for 8 days at the Parcel Point or Locker you have chosen. If you haven't picked it up after that time, it will be automatically returned.

For Veepee, there is no fixed shipping price. It will depend on the delivery address, the weight, and the volume of the order. You will have to check the price for each order, which will always appear in the basket before starting the checkout.

Of course! To start the return process, you will need to access the order details in "My Orders" in your Veepee account, then select the items you want to return, the quantities, and the reasons for returning. Then you can choose the Parcel Point return as your delivery method.

The cost of returning is €6.95 if done voluntarily. Once you validate the request, you will receive an email with the labels and documents to be printed. You will have to pack the goods in a suitable box or the original one, placing the return delivery note inside. The carrier label must be attached to the outside of the package.

By choosing to return at a Locker or Punto Pack point, you will have up to 14 days to drop off your package.
