How do you select InPost for your Tradeinn orders?
In your shopping cart, you will find the different shipping options. Choose the Delivery option at a pickup point. You'll automatically see the shipping price and estimated arrival date.
In the next step of your Tradeinn shopping experience, you will be able to select the Locker or Parcel Point closest to you based on the postcode you provided. Once chosen, you can continue with the payment process.
Once Tradeinn has shipped your order, you will receive an email with tracking information to check your parcel's status.
What is the price of Tradeinn shipments using InPost?
The shipping price will depend on the volume and weight of the products you have chosen, as well as the destination country. The price is updated in the shopping cart as you choose the products you want. The minimum shipping charge is €1.99. Tradeinn does not currently offer free shipping.
How do I return my Tradeinn order with InPost?
In your Tradeinn account, you will find the option to return products, going directly to the order you want to process the return for.
Once you have processed it, you will receive your return label by email. For returns within Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), you can choose one of our Lockers or Parcel Points; the process costs €4.99.
