When you have finished choosing the products you want to buy in the online store, on the Checkout page, select the option "Choose a pickup location," then enter the postcode.

Once done, you will have at your disposal a list of Lockers and Parcel Points near the location you indicated, including their opening hours. Remember that Lockers are available 24/7.

When you receive the notification that the package has been delivered, you will need to go to the selected pick-up point and present the order receipt on the Shein website/app.

If the product does not meet your needs for any reason, you can process a return for free, as long as you make only one return per order.

The free return condition applies only if one product is returned. That is, if from an order in which you have received two products, you decide to return one, the return will be free. But if you want to return the other product a few days later, €4.5 will be deducted from the return refund.

We advise you to take your time before returning so you don't incur this extra cost if you regret it later. Remember, you have 45 days from when you made your purchase.

Within your Shein account, you can access the My Orders section and select the items you want to return. When you see the return options, just choose Punto Pack and print the return label.

Once you have the label printed, remember that the upper half is attached to the outside of the box, while the lower half must be placed inside. Now you can take it to the nearest Locker or Parcel Point.

In addition, the package you use for the return does not necessarily have to be the same one that was sent to you. As long as it is well packaged and protected, it will be enough to ship with full guarantees.
