How do you select InPost for your PromoFarma orders?
As usual with all online stores, once you have chosen everything you plan to buy, during the purchase process, after filling in the personal data, you will have to choose the shipping option.
Choose the delivery point option. A new screen will open where you will have to enter the city and postcode, and it will be just a matter of choosing the one closest to your home, work, etc.
How long do PromoFarma orders take?
Promofarma's delivery commitment is 1 - 3 business days. Bear in mind that pharmacies usually prepare shipments quickly. However, delivery time also depends on the availability of stock for that product, the origin and the destination.
In any case, during the purchase process on PromoFarma, you will be able to see the in-store availability of the products you add to your cart.
How do I return my PromoFarma order with InPost?
If you want to return any purchased products, you have 14 working days from the delivery of the order. Simply log in to your account and, in the My Purchases tab, you will have the option to Return the product, selecting the reason.
You will receive the instructions via email. When choosing a Locker or Parcel Point, you will have to pack the product well. When it is ready, go to the chosen Parcel Point location, and we will handle the return shipping.
