How do you select InPost for your Lookiero orders?
When subscribing on the Lookiero website, on the screen to choose the delivery method, you'll need to select the option for delivery to a pickup point(Locker or InPost Point Pack)(opens in a new tab).
To choose your pickup location, enter your postcode and choose the one that works best for you.
You have as much flexibility as possible to pick up your parcel at the time and place that suit you best.
You choose when and where to pick up your parcel. Select a Locker available 24/7 or the Parcel Point that best suits your routine. You will find all the information about opening times when choosing the location.
What is the price of Lookiero shipments using InPost?
Lookiero's shipping and returns service is free. You will receive your Lookiero box according to your subscription, and you can choose the garments you want to keep and return the ones you do not want.
How do I return my Lookiero subscription order with InPost?
Lookiero allows you to make return. According to Lookiero's terms and conditions, you have 5 working days from receipt of your box to decide which garments you want to keep and which you want to return.
To do this, you must complete the online return form and follow the instructions provided. It is important to note that the garments must be in perfect condition, unused and with all their original labels. Choose the Locker or Parcel Point that is convenient for you and drop off the package using the label provided.
