How do you select InPost for your Justfab orders?
Once you have decided what you want to buy on JustFab, you will have the option to choose among different shipping methods based on the delivery area, the time of purchase, and the availability of items in stock.
One of the options you can choose during the checkout process is delivery to a pick-up point, known at InPost asParcel Point | Locker(opens in a new tab)Simply, when placing your order, on the shipping method screen, select Punto Pack or Locker and enter your postal code to find the nearest point.
What is the price of Justfab shipments using InPost?
If your order exceeds €39, shipping to a Locker or Parcel Point is completely free. For purchases under €39, the shipping fee to a Parcel Point will be €3.95.
How do I return my Lookiero order with InPost?
You can make changes and return your purchases. With JustFab you have up to 60 days from when you receive your parcel.
If you need to exchange or return a product, you can contact JustFab Customer Service by emailing or calling 931 845 877 and providing your order number. Customer Service will provide you with a return authorisation number (RMA), and you will receive a Parcel Point return label via email.
Once you receive the label, you can download it from the Order History section in My Account. You will need to print the label, stick it on the package and then deliver it to a Parcel Point or Locker near you.
Once JustFab receives the package and has verified that it is in perfect condition, they will proceed to issue a refund, a refund credit or ship a new product in the case of an exchange.
