How do you select InPost for your Freshly orders?
Before finalising your order on Freshly, choose the pickup point delivery option. You will have to enter the city and postcode, and a list will be displayed with all the Locker and Parcel Points available in that location.
Once the order has been processed and sent, you will receive an SMS when it is available for pickup at the chosen delivery point. Remember to check the opening hours before you go. If you have chosen Locker, you can pick up your order 24/7. It's as simple as that!
What is the price of Freshly shipments using InPost?
Shipping to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be free in all cases, regardless of the value of the order you place.
How do I return my Freshly order with InPost?
Freshly makes returns easy and convenient with InPost. To start a return, visit Freshly's returns page on their website and fill out the form. Drop it off at an InPost Locker or Point Pack.
Once the package is received, Freshly will process your return and issue the refund.Exchanges and returns are always free of charge, except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. In these cases, you can choose to send the return yourself via InPost. For additional exchanges or returns within the same order, a charge of €3 will apply from the second exchange or return and will be deducted from the refund amount. In the event of a change, the fee will be charged at the time of processing.
