How do you select InPost for your Degusta Box orders?
When you register on the Degusta Box website, you will need to enter your personal data and choose the shipping method in the last step. In this step, you have to choose Pickup Point. A new screen will open to select your city and postcode.
You do not have to choose the Locker or Parcel Point closest to home; you can choose one near your work or somewhere you usually go. With total flexibility! Once you have chosen the Punto Pack destination, you will need to follow the subscription process in Degusta Box.
What is the price of Degusta Box shipments using InPost?
In the first month, you will receive your subscription parcel according to the date you made the subscription. From the second month, you will receive your parcel between the 15th and 25th of each month.
Please note that shipping dates may vary from month to month. You will find more information about your delivery in your account on the official Degusta Box page.
How do I return my Degusta Box order with InPost?
Every order you place with Degusta Box will be provided with a tracking code. All you have to do is go to the "My shipments" section in your Degusta Box account.
If the order is placed on the shipping list, you will receive the tracking code. And once sent, you'll receive an email at the address you provided.
