How do you select InPost for your 365Rider orders?
Once you've decided which products to buy on 365Rider, you'll need to complete the usual checkout steps.
When choosing the shipping method, if 365Rider offers InPost for your address, you should:
- Enter your delivery details during the checkout process.
- Select the Locker or Parcel Point option (if available).
- Enter your postcode and choose the nearest pick-up point.
- Confirm the chosen Locker or Parcel Point.
- Finish payment
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive tracking notifications and, when it arrives at the chosen point, you will receive a code or QR to pick it up.
What is the price of 365Rider shipments using InPost?
Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, the purchase value and current promotions. 365Rider offers different shipping methods and postage promotions, so the exact price is shown at checkout before payment.
How do I return my 365Rider order with InPost?
You have 30 days from the moment of receipt of your order to request a return. After checking the product, the amount paid will be refunded.
If you need to return an item:
- Log in to your 365Rider customer account or contact customer support.
- Request a return by following the store's instructions.
- Once authorised, prepare the package and choose InPost as the return method. You will receive the corresponding instructions or label.
